COOKING DEMO & SAMPLING – AMERICAN LOSBTER
American lobster has been imported to Vietnam in recent years with the development orientation as high-class food. The target group of American lobsters is high-income families who prefer to consume nutritious products.
To reach and promote American lobsters to consumers most effectively. We have implemented more than 44 shows of lobster cooking & sampling in 08 supermarkets belonging to Big C, Aeon, Lotte, Mega market. The combination of 3 elements of audiovisual and product testing in place has created consumer confidence in American lobster quality. Sales increased by more than 200% at Big C and Aeon supermarket systems and created interactions with more than 7,000 visitors.
PROGRAM "US FAIR"
American food products have long had a firm foothold in the Vietnamese market with various categories such as cheese, confectionery, spices … To enhance interaction and stimulate consumption, Food Export Association has Sponsors the organization of the “US FAIR” program at Big C, Aeon & Lotte supermarket systems on October 11, 2019.
To bring the most effective amount of interaction and increase sales, we have combined static communication through design decoration, POSM, and other activities such as product sampling, lucky wheel. With more than 40 food brands, the program has attracted more than 20,000 shopping visitors, an increase of 40% in sales.
